42 days from ink to install, in writing. Ink means every contract is signed and financing is approved with no stips — that's when the clock starts, not the appointment or the site survey. Install means the crew finishes the work on the roof — not "scheduled," not PTO. If we miss it on a clean deal, GRID pays your company $250. Per deal, no cap. File within 30 days, paid within 14. The terms are in the master-dealer agreement.
Yes. Every dealer earns free leads at milestones just for being part of GRID. No lead fees, no per-lead markup. On top of that, GRID also sells aged solar leads and provides booked appointments through campaign services — all in addition to the free leads GRID gives you.
No. GRID is a dealer operating platform. We don't compete with our dealer network for homeowner business. Our model exists to make independent dealers more effective, not replace them.
Deal Save is an optional add-on service. GRID's team specializes in recovering at-risk pipeline — credit challenges, financing declines, roof condition flags. Pricing is discussed during onboarding.
