Terms & SMS Messaging Terms
These Terms govern your use of gridco.io and the GRID SMS messaging program, both operated by GridCo Solutions LLC d/b/a GRID ("GRID," "we," "us"). By using this website, booking a call, or opting in to receive text messages from GRID, you agree to these Terms. Use of the GRID platform itself (app.gridco.io) is governed by the separate agreements entered into during onboarding.
About GRID
GRID is a dealer operating platform for the residential solar industry. We do not sell solar to homeowners. This website lets prospective dealers and solar professionals learn about GRID and book an introductory call.
SMS messaging program
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our booking or contact form — or otherwise giving us your number and agreeing to be contacted by text — you opt in to receive SMS messages from GRID (GridCo Solutions LLC). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Types of messages
Messages relate to your inquiry and account, and may include: partnership and onboarding information, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, follow-ups about working with GRID, and account notifications.
Message frequency & cost
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. GRID does not charge a fee for receiving messages.
Opt-out and help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through the form or reply START. For help, reply HELP or email hello@gridco.io.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Privacy & your mobile information
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages you requested and is shared only with the messaging service providers that transmit those messages on our behalf.
Acceptable use of this website
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, access it through automated means without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
No warranties
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRID will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the SMS program.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above.
