Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how GridCo Solutions LLC d/b/a GRID ("GRID," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit gridco.io, book an introductory call with us, or communicate with us. It applies to this website. Use of the GRID platform itself (app.gridco.io) is governed by the agreements entered into during onboarding.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you book a call or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything you choose to include in your message or booking notes.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. This includes pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, approximate location (city/region level), device and browser type, referral source, and campaign parameters. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to do this. We do not collect precise location, and we have not enabled advertising or ads-personalization features.
How we use information
- To schedule and conduct the calls you request, and to follow up about working with GRID.
- To send transactional emails (for example, booking confirmations and calendar invitations). Our email service provider reports delivery events such as bounces so we can keep our records accurate.
- To understand how our website is used and improve its content and performance.
- To protect the security and integrity of our website and services, and to comply with law.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf — for example, website hosting, analytics (Google Analytics), scheduling and calendar tools, email delivery, and electronic signature services — under terms that restrict their use of the data, and where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Mobile information and text messaging. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages you requested and is shared only with the messaging service providers that transmit those messages on our behalf.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our booking or contact form — or otherwise give us your number and agree to be contacted by text — you opt in to receive SMS from GRID (GridCo Solutions LLC). These messages relate to your inquiry and account, including partnership and onboarding information, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-ups, and account notifications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will then stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@gridco.io. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cookies and analytics choices
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or limit cookies using your browser settings. Our site does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, as no common industry standard for them has been adopted.
Data retention
We retain contact and booking information for as long as needed for the purposes above. Google Analytics event data associated with cookies is retained for no more than 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We extend these requests to all visitors regardless of location. To make a request, email hello@gridco.io — we will verify and respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and business professionals. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above.
